Position Overview

We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents while supporting them to live at their highest possible level of independence and function.

Pay & Incentives

• Hourly Wage: $20.36–$24.81 (DOE)

• Evening & weekend shift differentials

• Sign-On Incentive:

  • $6,000 for Full-Time

  • $3,000 for Part-Time
    (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract for qualified candidates)

Shifts & Scheduling

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Includes every-other weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements

• Must be a North Dakota–licensed CNA (or willing to obtain certification with our support)
