Position Overview

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Full-Time and Part-Time positions on both day and night shifts. In this role, you will:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents

• Maintain continuity and quality of care

• Support residents in achieving their highest possible level of function

Pay & Sign-On Incentives

• Hourly Wage: $32.67–$39.82 (depending on experience)

• Sign-On Incentives:

  • $15,000 for Full-Time

  • $7,500 for Part-Time
    (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract)

• Shift Differentials:

  • Weekend hours

  • Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Additional pay for extra shift pickup

Shifts & Scheduling

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Qualifications

• Must hold a North Dakota RN License
